This October, DPP will pay tribute to QUILTS. QUILTS are made with function as their first priority: aesthetic concerns are secondary. Still in quilt making there is a love of beauty and attention to design in each and every QUILT. QUILTS are more than blankets to warm sleeping bodies. The makers of QUILTS use quilting as a way to show their individual creative expression. Please take this challenge and express your LOVE of QUILTS in your choice of medium. Feel free to share your quilt memories, and stories too.

Rules of the Challenge:

1. This monthly Challenge is for DPP members only,

but anyone is welcome and encouraged to make comments on the posts.

2. Submit your Challenge entry just as you would a regular post - with

a picture of your entry and anything you would like to write about

your experience with this particular challenge. You are welcome to

submit more than one entry.

3. All entries must be posted no later than midnight October 31, 2012.
